Off-site pickup – $12–15 per banker box
(Minimum of 4-5 boxes for pickups)
Scheduled service: Monthly/Quarterly contracts (Minimum 4 scheduled pickups for a contract)

Certificate of Destruction – $10 for a certificate per visit

Can I do a monthly plan instead of an annual subscription?
Yes, but the yearly option offers fantastic savings over the monthly plans. Depending on the size of your business (defined on the home page of the website in the “About us” section) the monthly subscription will be anywhere from $159-$349 per month. Our yearly subscriptions average out to anywhere from $84-$249 per month.
How often are my supplies delivered? How often is my shredding done?
Supplies are delivered on the 2nd Tuesday of each month and if you have shredding for pick up, it is picked up at this time also.
What if I go over my plan allowed shredding allocation?
We will bill you the difference for any excess shredding
Can I sign up just for shredding?
You can, but again, our master subscription plans include a lot more than just shredding and are very competitive with companies that only do shredding so you might as well get the entire service.
I need my supplies before my normal delivery date, can I get these delivered earlier?
You can, but you need to let your Sales Associate know, there might be order minimums and delivery charges (normal once a month delivery has no charge)
I ordered a few things for print. Can I get this delivered earlier than my normal delivery schedule?
Yes, talk to your Sales Associate and a lot of our print products come with free delivery. (Not all, but a lot)
As a club member, if I get a major installation done, is there a cap on the discount I get for the work?
No there is not
